Dispute resolution

Shipbird is for business customers (B2B) only. Consumers may not open an account. We do not participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. That platform is intended for consumer disputes and generally does not apply to Shipbird customers.
